[GTW] Random Option to Buy Retail Lot Without Prompting [ Edited ]

Random Option to Buy Retail Lot - The game goes to Map view to choose a neighborhood to buy a retail lot without being prompted.  
Researching an issue. I have Base/Outdoor Retreat/Get to Work. Zero (never had) CC or Mods. Have been playing Sims4 since day one. I decided to start fresh to play the Science Career. Moved entire Sims4 from the documents to another folder to allow to start totally new. Brand new Sim of my own creation. All goes well EXCEPT when I take Curt to the library. He can be reading a book, chatting to another Sim or collecting in the area around the library. The Buy A Retail Lot screen randomly pops up. Even if I do not select any phone or computer options. Searched Internet and http://forums.thesims.com/en_US
cannot see this reported. Input would be appreciated.

As stated above this is with a Vanilla folder and never has had any Mods or CC in game.

Playing on PC / Win 7 and all patches are updated as released.

• Sims will no longer buy lots autonomously. They just don’t have those kind of privileges yet, not until they can prove that they understand how to manage their finances, and not just frivolously spend all their money on candy, video games, and three story retail business parks.

I have been playing (this week) with OR in but GTW not installed.  I have not seen this problem without GTW, but I WAS seeing it then.

This was caused by the Buy a Retail Store action at the computer being set to allow autonomy.  I've uploaded a bug fix to MTS:

I suppose that would be applicable to NPCs but not controllable Sims. 

Appreciate the Mod link but trying to stay Mod free.

A controllable sim could still do this autonomously as long as full autonomy is on, but trying to stay mod free is understandable - particularly after the March 26 game patch!
