[GTW] Breakthrough/notebook

When I get a breakthrough - as my sim is in the new scientist profession - I get a notification on my notebook. However when I click on the notebook and try to read about the new breakthrough, it does not let me! Can someone help me?

What happens when you click ? Nothing ?

Are you using mods in your game ?
