I have already cleared the cache, deactivated mods and repaired the game. Unfortunately it didn't help, hence the bug report! :P Important! The LE was created after I had loaded household B. I was then able to load household A again without an error code being generated.

@crinrictI was with the science sim at his work and had extended the working day by 2 hours. Yes, I have someone in the doctor career that was at work. Was it related to that? O.o
@T0RN_x It's possible. There have been issues with staying late and leaving someone at work while playing another family before.
It's possible that playing with another family resolved the Sim being still at work which got rid of the error.
I would recommend not staying at active careers with Sims when turning off the game/switching families. Always complete their work days.

After issuing APB with my female Sim, clicked to stay late because her timer went red (before I read in this thread that there's an issue on that), and arresting a teen I got error code 102:6cebf18d:513009d8. The mc_lastexception mentions her toddler and not her when I click Sim Info.
I exited without saving and went back but I moved the toddler to be with his father first before loading her household again (I saved while she was working and right before she issued APB because I knew there were occasional problems of criminals not returning) and I did not make her stay late this time, she returned to the station this time after re-arresting the teen. It really scared me though because this save is over 6 years old. In my case I guess it was the "staying late" or the toddler (though I don't know how or why a toddler would cause an issue, I'm leaning more towards the former).
