Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Create a club and set the club activity to fabricate 2. Place candle making stations or the fabricator 3. Start the club gathering
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims will not autonomously fabricate. NPC Sims will just stand around and talk. Played-controlled Sims will not fabricate unless directed by the player.
What do you expect to see? The Sims to autonomously fabricate objects.

The tuning files are missing that allow NPC Sims and player Sims to fabricate while in a club gathering.
