Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? send a Sim to the rec center and observe the visitors
What happens when the bug occurs? most of the visitors will be adults or elders and children will spawn only very rarely
What do you expect to see? more children in rec centers, since playground equipment is a lot requirement and it doesn't really get used
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. rec centers are new, so this is of course a new issue
This quite bothers me, because it takes the whole family vibe from the rec center lot type.
Edit: It seems to be a problem with saves without a bunch of kids. Neighborhood Stories did not give me many kids recently and the rec center does not create them as parks do for example.
Tech note: I'm not sure if there are more problems going on with visitor generation but I noticed that a filter is used for the child situation that includes teens and young adults as well which absolutely does not make sense since they can't even play with the children toys (which the associated role lets them do) and might be an explanation.
