Hi @WL23 and thanks for the report!

I slowed the video down and watched GMY's Masterstroke. He gains 100% turn meter after the damage occurs. He then loses it without taking any action.

I can't inspect the team that you were fighting, but GMY's masterstroke had a critical hit against Darth Malak. If that Malak has a zeta on Gnawing Terror, then Malak would apply an irresistible fear onto GMY after he was hit. In this case GMY would get his bonus turn (as evidenced by the turn meter), but be unable to take an action. His bonus turn would end, and then Darth Revan got the next turn.  You can also see that GMY lost all of his buffs, which happens when Fear expires.  

Is it possible the enemy Malak had a zeta on Gnawing Terror?

2)  GMY returns to position after masterstroke (100 tm)

3)  Darth Revan starts to move (GMY with no buffs, back at 0 tm)
