Summarize your bug Won the event for the 3rd time but it froze at the end right before taking me to the victory screen. Give me those 50 SLKR shards pretty please
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just return me my tickets ;( or give me my 50 kylo shards. don’t want to rock paper scissors again.

to note that when i was playing the event, kylo and rey health bars were not above their respective heads.

I also faced this problem, there are no coupons, I lost crystals, they didn't give me victory

2 days gone, I should be getting #1 in the Arena with cooperation from my shard, but now I'm languishing in the top 100. CG you need to keep this in consideration, each passing day losing 500 crystals is a big deal to players like us

So you're investigating, thanks!

But what about the lost tickets? I wasted 2 fights, so 120 tickets. I took me around 10 days to get those tickets... Will you give the players their tickets back?

@ThomAhsoka haven’t seen any such post that they will. which sucks but then again to be expected from CG. went and did t3 for the 4th time. went well. too bad had to shell out 60 more tickets
