GK can dispel Healing Immunity from JMK

Summarize your bug JMK applies Healing Immunity which is suppose to be non-dispelable. But GK is immediately able to dispel it.

As you can see from this video, General Kenobi is able to cleanse Heal Immunity applied by Jedi Master Kenobi, even though that debuff is suppose to be non-dispel-able. Vulnerability is not dispelled, so this seems to be a big.

this was discovered a long time ago when I face raged raid boss. you can consider this as a, Kenobi's feature :D
