[GF] [LD] Reaper: Unable to Interact With Famous Sims

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.110.294
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All Packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to interact with a famous sim (soothe, take witness statement etc) 
What happens when the bug occurs? Interactions missing, famous sims can't be spoken to leading to incompletable jobs, on other sims can be done w/o introduction.
What do you expect to see? Famous sims shouldn't care about their fame, interactions should be avaliable without trying to introduce, as with other sims
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

ps: yes i checked all tabs, didnt test if interacts where possible if attempt introduction works (it didnt)
