[GF] High level actors don't complete prep scene tasks [ Edited ]

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Vampires, Urban Homage Kit, Spa Day, Seasons, Luxury Party Stuff, Laundry Day Stuff, Island Living, Holiday Celebration Pack, Get Famous, Dine Out, Cozy Bostro Kit, City Living, Blooming Rooms Kit, and Bonus Content
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have your level 10 actor/actress Sim accept a gig and attempt completing gig prep tasks that state practice action/romantic/etc scenes.
What happens when the bug occurs? My level 10 actress Sim accepts a gig, but every single attempt to complete gig prep tasks that state practice action/romantic/etc scenes, the other Sims don't follow through, even other Global Superstars. I do not use mods and do not want to attempt to now.
What do you expect to see? My actress Sim completely finishing prep tasks in order to win awards again.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

@GracesMom23 Do you have issues with the task not fulfilling or dropping from queue ? Have you tested multiple Sim as partners to do the scenes ?

I tested this with my Sims and it worked fine with a romantic scene (tried two different Sims for 100%)

@GracesMom23 does your sim have No Touching quirk as well as Carefree/Laid-Back trait?

I figured it out after checking some reddit thread on the same issue. There is definitely a glitch in the 'No Touching' quirk. Now, everytime the quirk pops up, I quickly buy the Quirk-B-Gone potion. I was getting so angry before. 🤣
