Summarize your bug sometimes when you clear some tiers of Galactic challenges(mine happened for tier 1,2,4, and 7) you can end up not getting the first clear rewards.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? seems to happen at random, every time it happened to me i had used a different team to clear the tier and yet the bug still happened
