For example, current Kyber I top 50 are all people who have 1 loss with a skill rating of 3,767.

My ranking is #2265 with 3,852 skill rating.
Ranking #2264 has 3,527 skill rating.
Ranking #2266 has 3,611 skill rating.

Looking at Kyber 2 Global:
Ranking #1 has 3,295 Skill Rating, while Ranking #2 has 3,334 Skill Rating.

It appears the problem exists in all Leagues and Divisions.
