GA bug that doesn’t let you attack and time out!

Product: Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes
Platform:Apple iPad
What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? iPad
OS Version 12.2

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Summarize your bug This has happened before but it stopped After I re targeted someone. This time it literally timed out bc I could not do anything, even though I got into the battle fine n the first 20 seconds worked then none my attacks would show in the bottom right corner for the rest of the battle. Now I might lose grand arena to a lesser roster for no reason.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I took a video to show you with my phone.

This is ridiculous now I don’t even know if I should do the rest of my battles. Btw I did one battle before this that worked fine.

Having the same, in addition to increased performance issues sometimes (animations slow down to crawl) and random crashes, where the app would just exit to the home screen. Here is one video of one GA fights, where the ability buttons were not shown anymore and it would not even exit the fight after the timer counted down to 0:00. See the video here:

Yes, this specific issues happened before sometimes, I remember some incidents in TB in the past. But it was really rare. Since the QoL-Update it can happen quite often, even with freshly rebooted device and restarted app.

 

I cannot prove it, but all these issues (crashes, performance issues, ability buttons not being displayed) seem to be connected as they all increased (or showed up, like the odd crashes) with the QoL-Update. I wish they could just revert this update.
