We've checked your account and your opponent did indeed clear out your 6 defense squads (as @ChristophIV assumed from his score). Therefore the auto deploy is working as intended.

Do you have screenshots of the territories themselves, as in where you can view the defending squads? You score indicates that 6 defensive teams were set.

Looking at your opponent's score it appears that your defence was auto-set, but your opponent cleared you very quickly.
