Summarize your bug When the app encounters a problem, and forces a restart, you auto-loose any ongoing battles
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? - Enter GA - Start a battle - Hit an app error (With the dialog ‘Restart now’ and ‘Contact us’ popping up) - Restart the game - Ongoing battle is considered a ‘loss’

A forced restart of the app should not get considered a ‘restreat’ in GA
Not only did I lose the ongoing battle, also none of the damage got registered (so I just ‘lost’ an entire squad for NO return or progress)

I can understand that if you voluntary retreat in GA or TW, that it counts as a defeat (since it’s YOUR choice)
But why am I getting punished for the App crashing or misbehaving?
I do NOT accept this as a ‘solution’....

Yes, this issue is extremely annoying.
I understand that the team wants to prevent exploitation of certain loopholes, but technical fault should not be pinned on the players.
The least the team could do is to give the players another chance, the first (technical fault encountered) should be considered "a benefit of the doubt"/"warning", and at least players would know to look for better internet connectivity before attempting the challenge again.
The "working as intended" response is just not a strong enough justification.
If you are taking an exam, and the papers got lost after, does that mean you failed?
