Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Futties engagement rewards
What happens when the bug occurs? The engagement rewards from futties are limited till tier 3 (91+ days of login). Everytime I'm in tier 1, because I play everyday FIFA. I got this time a tier 3 reward, which should be tier 1 for certain.
What should be happening instead? I should get a tier 1 reward.

The reward is based on how many days you've logged into FUT since launch. 

The rewards that have been sent out should be correct for everyone.
