Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I played play offs and got 20 points got the packs but didnt got the finals qualification and it told me to get 1250 point so i got 1250 and still can't do fut champions final
What happens when the bug occurs? I cant play fut champion final
What should be happening instead? I should be playing fut champion

I can understand that it's a bit frustrating to not be able to participate in the FUT Champions Playoffs. The good news is that this is a known issue and the studio is working hard to fix it. Hopefully we'll have an update on that soon, and you'll be able to access playoffs without anymore issues. I recommend keeping an eye on our Twitter accounts:

Unable to play the weekend league on PC.
Have had 1250 qualification points for a couple of weeks now but every time I click on 'Play qualifications', it takes me back to the 'Rivals' screen and the qualification points do not increase after each match either.

Anyone else experiencing this?

@EA_QueenBee it just drove me crazy, watching almost everyone play and all I can do is write to tech support and hope it gets fixed by September

Second week now and the issue hasn’t been fixed so frustrating

i made an account just for thisissue. i have been talking to support since this happened last week and nothing. these are 100ks worth of packs that we are missing every week.  

the fact that it’s not being even addressed by ea is so poor.
