Fuse "Real Steel" skin

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Punching/Tactical/Passive and Ultimate

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Minor impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? When I play as "Real Steel" Fuse skin in game, his right arm it's whitout the "case hardened" effect/colors, on shop he got the colors on all steel parts, but in game it's just showing on his legs (when kicking). Also his ultimate it's not changing from deafult model.
What should be happening instead? His iron arm should be with the right colors of an case hardened steel (something fade between blue and yellow), and his ultimate should change from default, showing the "skull" from 3º person model.
