How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? So, I decided to remodel my whole house, so I put every room in the storage (with the button circled on the screenshot) and some of my funiture is GONE!!! I'm so sad!!!! The missing furniture is just from two rooms, the children's room and the second bedroom Is there any way to get back the stuff that I had? Is a lot of money... I´m soooo sad! The game was crashing a lot while I was removing the rooms... I even had to close it because I couldn't interact with it anymore

Best thing would be to contact an EA game advisor about this issue.
You can do so through The Sims Mobile app. Open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the button with 'Help'.
This will open your browser, scroll down until you see 'Contact Us' and choose 'Technical Support'.

No i had uninstalled the game accidentally and when i re-installed it my furniture was gone. I rebooted my mobile, re-installed the game again but its not coming back. @EA_DragonsEye

Could you Dm me your player id, Device, Os and location? Also the case ID.
Also, is there anything else missing (CAS items, relationships or anything?)
If you own more than one lot, were all lots affected, just one or some?
