Fulcrum Not Getting Translation Buff when Using Meditation Special Ability

When using Fulcrums special abilities of Meditate or Whirlwind, while on the same team as C-3PO, Fulcrum is not gaining stacks of translation. I believe since its a unique buff, she is being prevented from acquiring it from Meditate, however, she should still get a stack since she is a rebel using a special ability.

She should also be gaining a stack for using Whirlwind, since its a special, and should not consume it, since its unique:

Ahsoka Tano (Fulcrum) does actually gain "Translation when using "Meditate" or "Whirlwind" but it expires immediately, which is why it looks like she doesn't gain it. We've flagged this as a bug now.
