Frozen sim and stranger sim [ Edited ]

Since two weeks ago, there is a stranger sim in one of my 3 mansions and she doesn’t want to leave (impossible to interact with her in any way). Also one of my disabled sims is frozen and have the same problem: impossible to activate / interact with / retire her because she appear to be involved in an event.

Please, could you fix this bug for me?
