Frieze inside my house because of Spandrels

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make a room with frieze on the outside. Add a second inside the room that has a spandrel. no the frieze is inside the room! >
What happens when the bug occurs? Frieze inside the house.
What do you expect to see? Frieze should stick to the outside enclosures.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I have tried redoing this room several times and there is no way to make it with out a frieze inside the house

@KisobelHave you tried using the sledgehammer while holding down the shift key on the interior frieze? (Friezes are quirky that way.)

Another tip with friezes, if you hold down the shift key when placing, the friezes will place on that one wall only.
