Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Slums atop the big mountain near the jump tower
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Waiting on the finalish circle

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? At the final 3 odd circles, final 3 squads, the game just loaded the character select screen again, picked characters again, back on the dropship again, with the same 3 squads remaining(9 players dropping), onto a fresh map with no circles present and all new loot, fresh map with only just these 3 squads.
What should be happening instead? The game playing out and not loading the character select screen, restarting the match?
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Seems too odd to be a random 'glitch', but what do I know
