Freezing During Matches [ Edited ]

Game is constantly freezing and not coming out of the freeze

Hi @xjjeep98. 

We should try running through some troubleshooting steps to see if we can help prevent more of these freezes from happening to you again in the future. First, have you been able to try power cycling your Xbox to see if that helps at all? That can help out with a number of different issues, so it's the best place to start when something like this happens. 

Let me know if you're still running into any freezing issues after that.

@EA_Kent That didnt work i also tried clearing my mac address and that didnt solve it either

Im getting messages like this when it freezes and kicks me

Hmm, I see. Would it be possible to try uninstalling and reinstalling the game itself to see if that helps? If there's any sort of issue with the game data that may help fix this. 

I know it can be a bit time consuming to reinstall, but if you're able to give it a shot I would really appreciate it. Let me know how it goes afterward.

Did you have a chance to try reinstalling? Are you still having any trouble with crashes?

@EA_Kent Yes i did and its still crashing but the only message i get now is internal server shut down also having friends experiencing the same thing
