Freelance career has "Negotiate bonus" "Convince boss" phone menu

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Freelance sim click a phone icon (bottom-left phone icon)
What happens when the bug occurs? There's 2 options about bonus, and both of them grants you some money like other careers.
What do you expect to see? The way you described in career menu (Find a job UI menu> Freelance) says you(sim) are the boss. Since this is self-employment career, both option shouldn't appear just like custom career.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I see the option in my game.  I don't know if it is a bug because all freelance careers also have a performance meter unlike the self-employed option.  When you negotiate a bonus or convince the boss, you get a performance boost if it works or a performance loss if it doesn't.
