I am currently a 99 QB in face of the franchise mode.  I have 99 in all abilities except for scramble and I have multiple points available to upgrade that ability, yet it tells me I don't have enough points to upgrade even tho I have to option to. Please fix this bug. Make the game fully playable.

When I had everything close to max in Madden 19 it took 3 skill points for one level and I currently have 4 skill points and it says I don't have enough. I guess as it gets higher, you need more skill points for upgrades.

Had an update, now in franchise I go to player upgrades it works the current week, then advance to next week go to player upgrades and it freezes. Restart game and same thing has happened 3 times.

@ikillundead33 Same here. Tried hard reset on Xbox one and uninstalling madden. Getting annoying

My scrambler is at 97 ovr i have 54 skill points available and can't upgrade it but it keeps coming up to upgrade player and i can't it's really irritating

@ikillundead33Im having the same issue. The work arround until they fix it is to go to the player on the lineup screen and upgrade them 1 at a time. Very annoying.

Summarize your bug When trying to upgrade Patrick Mahomes to his final tier using his Superstar Card, as I select the card it says our servers can’t deal with this request then it boots me to the Game Title Menu

What happens when the bug occurs? Error message and kicks me back to title screen

This is currently happening to me on PS4. I cannot upgrade players anymore, nor can I even start the game. Every time I attempt to start a game and edit the uniforms it instantly crashes. I've asked so many times for help on so many different forums and no one can figure out the answer. My franchise is completely unplayable. The background is also missing which I feel is the issue, like the coach and the player card doesn't reveal the players.
