Summarize your bug I will call a play when going up to the snap none of my players will appear and then the game will freeze and then go directly to the Xbox home screen
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a franchise game... it’s happened to me every game I’ve played This has happened in both cloud and offline
What happens when the bug occurs? Game crashes and returns me to Xbox home screen
What do you expect to see? I expect to play a full game without issues.

Madden franchise freezing and crashing during gameplay. Have tried resetting MAC address, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, and is happening in both offline and cloud franchise
