Franchise Mode results disappeared?

Which part of the mode? Cloud
Summarize your bug Games have been played in Franchise and the results went through no problem and now the game is asking us to replay the games as the results have disappeared? Photos attached to post.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Franchise mode I assume?
What happens when the bug occurs? The games played disappear from the Franchise Mode
What do you expect to see? The results in the results screen but they have been wiped?

Just logged into my online multiplayer Franchise and two results from games that have been played have disappeared? They were there yesterday and today they are just gone, they even show up in the social feed as having been completed. Any help? Photos Attached.
