Fps suddenly decreased dramatically in match

I have installed it fresh using USB stick (You need to download Rufus for that also). 

Just remember to DISCONNECT any discs except the one where You plan to install Window 11.

In Rufus after You select the windows iso select proper "Image Option" from the dropdown.

I didn't do this and windows installer broke one of my data discs. I have learned my lesson. Now I am always disconnecting every disc, leaving only the one where I am installing windows...

My work around during this time was actually to uncap FPS.

Now my average FPS went from 130 something to 220.

Drops are still there and now FPS vise even more drastic - from 220 to sub 100 - yet game feels smoother.

No clue how it is possible, I guess same logic as how Apex is playable on 150+ms ping...

Still weird as F how a game can push 220+ FPS in one place and struggle to do 100 in other...
