What happens when the bug occurs? Bought the founders pack, received the 2000 Apex coins, but didn't receive the skins, frames, or founders badge. The legends have the red dot next to skins and frames, as if there is a new skin/frame but there is nothing in the list and the founders badge is still locked.
What should be happening instead? It should all be unlocked.
