Formation Subs in Connected Franchise Broken

Not even an answer from an EA support specialist on this post that has been pinned to the top and is an issue that all gamers are having on madden. That’s pretty sad and pathetic, we need answers or refunds !!!

V 1.09 and formation subs are still broken! Can you please just fix it already?!

@RiZexLEGACYxI'm so glad this is the last year of EA's monopoly over the NFL games and that next year we will have 2K competition after what 10-15yrs of their licensing deal. EA changes very little every year and charges a load...and we have simple bugs like this and they are not even giving good customer service on the way out. DISGUSTING customer service!! Please NFL2K...take EA's lunch with your new NFL game in the next few years.

How long are you guys going to allow this to go on?  This is a long running feature of the game, yet somehow you guys managed to destroy its availability?  And now 6 weeks after we've purchased this horrifically broken game you have the audacity to ask US to be patient???  You guys find the time to fix all the micro-transaction issues that will make you $$$?  You found time to put Kap in game?  (At an 81 no less . . . 🙄) You've always ignored franchise and its players but we are your base customer and it'd be nice if our requests were prioritized.
