Form group broken

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.67.45.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except the star wars one
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Host a social event and try to form a group.
What happens when the bug occurs? When trying to form a group during a social event only one sim is able to be selected. I click on my sim, go to actions, form group and start selecting sims to be in the group but as soon as I click the first one it immediately closes having only added the one sim.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to group up to 8 sims at one time like before.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

So far I've had it happen during a wedding and two fan meet and greets but I don't think it's event specific I just haven't tested other events yet.

@crinrict Group travel seems to be working fine but at the moment so does form group I'll try to do some checking and narrow down when the problems happen.

@crinrict I am having the same issue with forming a group. I am not having issues with group travel.
