Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, Sim the tw maybe?

While playing suffered a forced restart screen, opposing team was fully reinstated as if the battle hadn’t occurred. No damage, no loss of character yet my whole team was wiped off.. Not cool
Also, on completion I’ve yet to receive any rewards for playing

Hi @silverfox28 and sorry to hear that.
Did your game crash during the battle or did you receive a notification that your game needs to be restarted? Either way, if your game (for whatever reason) is restarted during a battle, it will automatically count as a loss for you, to prevent possible exploits.
As for the missing TW rewards, please get in touch with our Customer Support, they should be able to assist.

Thanks for the reply, it crashed out with error 11 I think.. Game needs to be restarted but cheers on the heads up in regard Customer support 👍
