Force closing help

When I tried to open the app today, it force closes before I even get to the Cantina. I stupidly spent the $10.99 on the crystals pack. Now I can't log in to get them. Who do I contact???

Please note, I can't get into the game anymore, so don't tell me to "tap the gear icon" to contact support, I CAN'T.

I should also say that I've tried clearing the cache in both the game and Google Play, rebooting, powering off completely and waiting, uninstalling and reinstalling, even clearing data and signing back in.

I'm going to attempt wiping the davlik and cache in the recovery menu next.
