For Rent won't let me rent or be a landlord

I'm still having issues with the For Rent pack after the most recent update. Rent is still in the billions and that was supposedly fixed. I also am having trouble with the landlord function. It will let my sim buy the apartment, but then my sim will suddenly no longer own any rental properties. Can this please be fixed? I'd love to be able to use my game.

in the bug forum one thread per issue is needed so EA can track them separately.

Please check the compiled list for issues already reported and add your me too/voice to those. If an issue doesn't already have a thread, please create one bug report per issue.

The issues you're describing should have open threads already.
