For Rent pack bugs and glitches [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? EP13: 1.assets.beta-ep13.22
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All packs except for Spooky Stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? How am I suppose to know that?
What happens when the bug occurs? I am having multiple bugs and glitches. I can't see the rental properties I own, I can't collect rent, but yet it is telling me my tenants are unhappy and there is a maintenance issue I can't fix! The dirty moodlet is always on no matter how much my sims clean. I can't save the game upon exiting. I have to go to manage worlds to save and then exit that way. My sims get stuck all the time, and the game is running slow. I have to click on the fridge or oven multiple times before the options wheel comes up. My sims get stuck and I have to constantly reset them, and the garden cannot be tended to, harvested etc. All of this has started since installing For Rent pack. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, done a repair and nothing fixes it. I can't even be bothered trying to play because of the bugs making it super frustrating. I have never played with mods etc either so I know that isn't the problem.
What do you expect to see? Able to save the game without having to go to manage worlds first. See the residential rentals I own and the info on the units and tenants in them. The dirty moodlet to go away as there are no dirty surroundings. Able to tend to the garden as per usual and harvest etc. Maintenance and tenant revolt glitches to be fixed.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

in the bug forum one thread per issue is needed so EA can track them separately. 

Please check the compiled list for issues already reported and add your me too/voice to those. If an issue doesn't already have a thread, please create one bug report per issue.
