@AriaMad2 no matter what house and houses that don't flicker in other hoods ?
OPs issue was very specific as the room with the flickering wasn't actually a room.

@AriaMad2 I'd say make your own thread then. OPs was not a balcony issue and most probably related to the way the built the house.
