Fleet quest appeared before lvl60, but after lvl58 (when I already completed all introduction missions).

So after gaining lvl60, a still have task to complete introduction missions marked as unfinished.

We've checked your account and you still have some Prelude Events to complete. Once you completed all the Prelude Events, the task should complete.

Hi @EA_HighCommand tnx for the answer! Can you please tell me, what kind of Prelude Events I still have? Because I dont see any in my Events for a week at least. How often are they? I should be patient and wait, or it is a some kind of bug?

This quest was already flagged as a bug.

As far as I remember, there were a couple of different Prelude Events still incomplete on your account. Unfortunately, I can't provide you with any details as to when they will be available. Just wait until they are available and you should be good.

Month passed, and I still cant complete this quest. Please dont think that I am stupid and deliberatly not doing this prelude events. I DO NOT HAVE THEM. I can make you screenshots, video - just tell me what proof you need!
