Summarize your bug Fleet energy is not increasing! It's been saying "... Will update in 12 minutes..." for owe 45 minutes. I've just watched first half of Leeds v Norwich and still stuck on 189 energy!!
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

Fleet energy only increases up to a total of 144 (at level 85). If you are at 189 energy you are over the at the cap, so it won't increase.

Spend some energy on Fleet Battles to take it below the cap and the free energy counter will start ticking again.

Oh really? Ok thanks. I just assumed it went higher, as other energy good week over 200.
