Summarize your bug Sometimes when’s a I am in the fleet arena battles, the game will “freeze.” This happened after yesterday’s Update, along with the loss of ship energy recharge. The ships still show motion but on the left side of the battle, strangely enough, and nobody is allowed to take a turn. This forces my matches to time out, which cost me a considerable drop in rewards because I could not climb to my typical top 10 rank! Very frustrating.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play fleet arena?

@EA_HighCommand I have caught the bug on video once.

This happens quite frequently to me if they kill my ghost using home one AoE and assists from HMF. I can't quite tell from the TM bars if my ghost was supposed to take the next turn, but it's possible.

Hopefully this can help the developers find the timing issue.

When will we get a fix? I continually have to refresh with Crystals to keep battling. Every day this is an issue.

I had it happen to me on 7/14 and 7/19, both days it cost me the chance at first place before payout. I never had this problem before. Where do I file a complaint to get compensated for loss of crystals?
