How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Observe your Sim's picture when a surprising choice pops up on your game. The image might be missing your Sim's head or perhaps the upper body as well.
What do you expect to see? A normal picture of the Sim who received the surprising choice.

Happens with iPad (6th gen) too. Best fix would be remove the surprising choice completely..

Guess this got affected by that super zoom that came with the update. I like the zoom but it’s a bit unsteady.
