As of 10:30pm PDT, the Sims Mobile app won’t load. It gets stuck on the blue screen. The green plumbob rotates, but the game never loads. Then it asks me about my network connection, which is working just fine. Thoughts?

also facing same issue. tried wifi & data. tried updating app. tried offloading then redownloading. tried turning device on & off. even tried new device. nothing—still stuck on loading screen w/ error pop up of connection issue.
