Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Purchase the shower at the Waterfront Science Centre. Tap on it so your sim can recover energy. The sim won't be able to interact with it. There are no actions available.
What do you expect to see? This shower is listed as an item that can be used to recover energy. I expect it to work.

Thanks! Looks like the shower is not meant to recover energy, its just decoration

Oh, I  bought it because it was supposed to recover energy. 

I know several people have also done the same.

It should say + energy if it would recover energy. I think a rewording of the description could help with this one.
