Party Level Reset

Yep... same thing happened to me. Level 10. Reset 3 minutes before it was set to end......

Happened to me too. I was almost at level 10 and it reset.

Sorry to hear you're all having this issue with the Party! We're looking into this and could use some information from you:

Player ID (see this page on how to find it, it's 13 numbers long)

Device you play on

Operating system of your Device

Do you play on WiFi or Cellular Data? Have you ever had any connection issues with the game?

The exact or approximate time this happened in your game?

This happened to me too, grinded to level 10 in 2 hours just to reset all the way back to one.
Should we reply with our info to this thread or send an email?

Hi! Sorry to hear about your party, something somewhat similar happened to me.
I met someone through parties, not sure of her code name but username is KarenNicole, she attended mine and I attended hers. Her party was a huge success as it reached level 10. Now, side note - I need super Sim tickets to purchase a jumpsuit (I need 6) and the only way to get them is to attend successful parties, and contribute. So in order to get a party to a 10 you simply have to spend your cakes.... Which I did... So jump forward I sign on today to collect the party rewards and it says her party reached level 2!!! No super Sim ticket for me, and what a waste of time and money. That seems to be the over all objective for EA with this mobile game ; take their money, leave them with a sense of feeling used.

Anyway, I can't contact Karen in the game, the only way to really talk to other players is through these glitch in parties.

I was up to a level 10 party and then it reset! Sad day.

I also had this happen today. I grinded until my party was level 10. Left game for a few hours came back to play and it's now party level 1.
