WHY does this keep happening ?  

I seem to get the Adverts for a day or two and then nothing 

I Tap the arrow and nothing happens

I know you guys have all kinds of issues & bugs you’re working on 

but I’m still not getting Adverts about 98% of the time.  I click on the blue Arrow/Mailbox—then nothing.  I  “might”  get 2 that work per day.  

This is getting so frustrating, since it’s nearly the only way to get many of the necessary rewards.    Please & Thank You

Loosing rewards again because videos won't play. Worse when you loose heirloom ticket rewards . This has been happening allot be lately. Please remove the la Quinta video.

NO ADVERTS- Still Happening  🙁

I have had the ad button pop up 3 times on my mailbox and each time I've clicked it, nothing has happened and I've missed out on my reward.

For the past 12 hours, I have missed out on all the video ads. When I click on the play button, nothing happens and it stays on the same screen.
