Same problem here. Haven’t been able to play video ads either at the mailbox or after the completion of a task. Click on the ad icon and nothing will happen. I know running iOS12 on IPAD air is kind of clumsy but this should not be the issue though, since I was able to play every video before with the same device, same OS, and same WIFI. Feeling like loosing a lot of money in the game. And those shiny special items (which is more heartbreaking 😭) !
Really hope someone could fix this bug for me 😭😭😭.
