I never received my gems either I have a opened case with EA Help 40690644

I cant seem to post to start my own bug report on this issue. The submit button is missing

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Hello, I am missing my gems from last week. I called EA Help they told me to come here to post. I am not sure if this belongs in Tech Issues or if it should be in bug reports. I am cross posting just in case. I never received my approx. 36 gems for my stickers received last week. My player ID is 1002999238057. My case number is 40690644
What do you expect to see? I would like to receive the missing gems.

I did not receive my gems for this week. I earned approx 36 gems. I have a open case with EA Help 40690644.

I have now managed to submit my own bug report on the forum

I have not received any gems for the sticker contest for the week of April 16-23.

Has anybody recieved their gems yet? Just as an update, I haven't yet recieved them. I even checked my tickets sections to see if they were added, answer is no.
This is extremely frustrating and EA just doesn't seem to care.

Yea EA sent me here too. Seems to be a bug i guess. Might have to wait till a new update which sucks as we're missing out. I haven't received them for a while

I haven’t received any yet, either. I agree that it is extremely frustrating.

I'm kinda mad that I have spent real money on this game and haven't received any help with this matter and others. I held off retiring my sims because of the gem glitch.
