How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Select a male child and give him a makeover to enter CAS, then locate the Cardi Diem Bowtie Combo in the shirts/tops section.
What do you expect to see? There is a visual stretching glitch on the back of the shirt when the child raises his arms that shouldn’t be there.

I checked and it does appear slightly out of CAS too. Like when the child sat down at the bubble bar and when he was interacting with another child NPC.
