EA told me that they can see how much simoleons & tickets & sim cash that every player lost & that they will be generating it back to us but when is they gonna do that?
I'm getting impatient!

Has anybody gotten there simoleons or whatever u lost back from the crazy bug when adding rooms. I haven't yet

I still have not gotten my simoleons generated back to me as EA promised me they would do for everybody & including me too & I see others haven't gotten theirs back either 😡 They lied

@morwen_lazyeye I would contact support again.They are suppose to compensate you. There is a Bug Report, too, where you can enter your ID # and post your concerns.

I can’t believe such a big corporation, EA reply me in such a way - “there’s no way to reverse it” for which you have offered to compensate our losses in the first place! I’m so extremely disappointed with his attitude and reply which is not even trying to help from a HELP customer services! I have lost approximately 70k Simoleons and 2k Green Home Tickets by just moving rooms!

I sent in a case report yesterday but now I have noticed that the case has been closed and I have yet to receive any news from EA. Should I submit another form...? :/
