Yes it seems to be fixed @simmerdownMAL all tops mentioned seem to work perfectly with the Artistic Angles Mini skirt.

@SimGuruMaaike I think it's these, don't have the right phone with me. Seeing I own most by now it's hard to tell what is what exactly.

In my game it only shows with this jacket. None of the other items have holes.

That is the biggest one indeed @SalixCat, went through all of them just to be sure it was the skirt that did it not the top.

@Phantomlover1717 Here's another combination of the same jacket with another skirt.

I don't know the name of this skirt, but it's a similar model. Perhaps it's only different in colour.

I've gone now through all the pants and skirts and it's only these two that make the jacket show a hole.

Here are other items that have issues. These glitches are not persistent. They come and go. 

Gloves overlapping arms. 

Bracelet on bear head
